Our whistleblower system

As part of the implementation of the Whistleblower Protection Act, we have set up an internal reporting office to ensure the ethical, moral and legal standards of our company. All employees, business partners and all persons who are directly or indirectly connected with our company should have the opportunity to report compliance or legal violations in a protected manner.

Discrimination against whistleblowers and all persons who contribute to investigations at the AlphaConsult Group will not be tolerated. Those affected are presumed innocent until the violation is proven. The investigations are carried out with the utmost confidentiality. The information is processed in a fair, fast and secure process.

How do we process your report?

Qualified and experienced employees of the reporting office thoroughly check all reports for potential serious violations of rules by employees of the AlphaConsult Group and systematically investigate them. First, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. The Investigation Office then evaluates your tip. This includes obtaining information, especially from whistleblowers. Only if this gives rise to an initial suspicion of a potential violation of rules will a suitable investigation unit be commissioned to investigate the case. The Investigation Office then evaluates the results of the investigation and, if misconduct is identified, makes an appropriate recommendation for sanctions. Information about the processing status* of your tip and the result of a possible investigation will be communicated to you immediately.

*The processing time may vary and depends, among other things, on the subject of the report, but will not exceed three months.

We reserve the right not to follow up on tips received via reporting channels other than those mentioned above and tips received completely anonymously.

We would like to point out that if there is evidence of abuse of the reporting office, we will immediately take legal action.

Our Code of Conduct Policy

The AlphaConsult Group adopted a nationwide code of conduct in 2008, which sets out and explains the basic rules of our business activities.

It is intended to provide managers and employees at all levels of the hierarchy with minimum standards in how they should deal with each other and in business matters.
