The purpose of processing the personal data as part of the mandatory information and the voluntary information is to process the contact enquiries and to be able to contact you regarding your enquiry. The legal basis for the processing of the personal data you provide as part of the contact is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
The other personal data processed during submission (IP address, date and time of submission) serve to prevent misuse of our contact form.
The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in preventing or being able to prove misuse of our contact form.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. The recipient of the data is our server host, who works for us within the framework of a data processing agreement.
5. Social Media
XING plugin
Our website uses functions of the XING network. The provider is XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany.
Every time you access one of our pages that contains XING functions, a connection is established to XING servers. To our knowledge, no personal data is stored. In particular, no IP addresses are stored and no usage behavior is evaluated.

6. Plugins and tools
YouTube
Our website uses plug-ins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The site is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited.

Google Fonts
For our corporate website, we use the “Google Fonts” service from Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland). The interactive directory with over 800 fonts, which Google provides free of charge, is integrated locally, i.e. they are loaded onto our web server and not onto Google’s servers. This means that your IP address is not transmitted to the USA.
Vimeo
Our website uses plugins from the video portal Vimeo. The provider is Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.
When you visit one of our pages equipped with a Vimeo plugin, a connection is established to the Vimeo servers. The Vimeo server is informed which of our pages you have visited. Vimeo also obtains your IP address. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo or do not have a Vimeo account. The information collected by Vimeo is transmitted to the Vimeo server in the USA.

7. Publication of job advertisements

The documents are retained for a maximum of 6 months and are destroyed or deleted at the end of a financial year at the latest. Personal data is not transmitted to recipients outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Automated decision-making (including profiling) is not used.

3. Recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data
In order to process your request or order in the best possible way, different recipients receive selected data about you according to their authorizations. We would like to inform you about this below:
Internal recipients:
Within the AlphaConsult Group, your request or order will be forwarded according to the authority. Departments of our company that are responsible for processing activities related to the fulfillment of obligations arising from the contractual relationship and other matters will receive the relevant data. The protection of your data is ensured by technical and organizational measures, and our employees are trained in the need to protect your data.
External recipients:
Selected external service providers receive your data or have access to information about you through their activities. These include IT service providers, e.g. DATEV, tax and legal advice, as well as banks and credit agencies. The relevant companies have been obliged to maintain confidentiality and to safeguard the security of your data.
Other recipients may be authorities that have a legal right to the transmission of the data, such as courts, tax offices, professional associations.
4. Duration of data storage
The storage of your data and the associated deletion periods depend on statutory retention periods and the interest in a successful business relationship. We therefore store data on orders and assignments for up to 12 months after successful completion. The statutory archiving obligation begins after this (Section 257 HGB, Section 147 in conjunction with Sections 140,141 AO), which begins again with a new order. Data on interested parties that have not led to an order are stored for at least 12 months before statutory archiving takes place.
You can object to the storage of your data at any time and request early deletion, provided that no legal regulation conflicts with this request.

External recipients:
As a temporary employment agency, it is our job to best match your application to companies that are suitable for you as an employer. We therefore forward selected data to relevant customers who are associated with the application process.
Among other things, external service providers receive your data or have access to information about you through their activities. These include IT service providers, e.g. DATEV, tax and legal advice, as well as banks and credit agencies. The relevant companies have been obliged to maintain confidentiality and to safeguard the security of your data.

We therefore store data about you and your application for 72 months so that we can offer you the best possible placement. You can request an extension of the storage period and thus placement at any time.
